When you choose Psact testing equipment and software, you are not just buying a measurement solution — you are investing in reliable long-term support for your electroacoustic testing operations. We provide professional warranty services to ensure continued stable performance and optimal test results.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects arising from material flaws or original factory workmanship. Not covered: normal replacement of fuses, disposable batteries, and consumables; damage from negligence, misuse, environmental contamination, unauthorized modification, accidental impact, harsh operating conditions, or improper storage; failures from operation outside specifications, natural wear of mechanical parts, abnormal power supply, or incorrect wiring; and software issues caused by third-party operating systems, hardware failures, external program conflicts, or virus infections.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. If products are purchased, resold, or used through unauthorized channels, this warranty is automatically void, and Psact will no longer provide warranty, repair, replacement, or technical support.

The Precision Sound audio measurement software system carries a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery and acceptance (including bug fixes and basic technical support).
